St. John's Church & School Gala
June 26, 2021
You are invited to kick up your heels and be a part of St. John the Baptist’s biggest fundraiser and social event of the year, the St. John’s Church & School Gala!
Join us on Saturday, June 26th!
St. John’s back lawn will be transformed into a Western Roundup, complete with live music, silent and live auctions, great food and good company! It will be an evening of fun, laughter and generosity with plenty of space to remain socially distanced. Praise God for our large property!
By combining the annual Gala and the annual Golf Classic into one, big church & school Western Roundup, our total fundraising goal is $100,000----combining our annual gala goal of $60,000 and our annual golf tournament goal of $40,000. Please consider how you would normally plan to support each event and prayerfully consider one, combined generous participation in this year's one-and-only event!
Check out our Sponsorship Program
As a sponsor, your business will be in front of over 600 families in the local community and be prominently positioned in the evening’s program, displayed on St. John’s website, and posted in the bulletin. Visit our webpage HERE to learn more or pick up a form in the Gathering Place.
Registration is Open!
Please register online today HERE or pick up a paper form in the Gathering Place
We will need assistance with set up, decorating, tear down, serving and bar tending, silent auction check out, and more! We will have a sign up available soon. You may email Sarah Reid at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
*We feel confident that we will be able to have an in-person gathering by June, however, if restrictions are still in place, we have a plan for that! Grab-and-go meals, small group watch parties, and a virtual event are all options for our Gala. We will keep you updated as the date gets closer! We appreciate your support of our church and school.
We look forward to seeing you this summer!
